Open positions
PHP developer (vanilla, Laravel)
€1,500 – 2,100 depending on experienceDevelopment and maintenance of web applications and APIs in PHP — from plain PHP to Laravel. Work on internal and client projects, integrations and operations.
What we appreciate
- PHP (vanilla) and Laravel
- MySQL / MariaDB, REST API
- Git, basic Linux
- A desire to write readable code and solve real business processes
Personal qualities

- At least 3 years of programming experience
Analyst
€1,500 – 1,800Requirements analysis, solution design and project support — from gathering requirements through documentation to cooperation with development and clients.
What we appreciate
- The ability to structure requirements and processes
- Communication with both technical people and the business
- A basic overview of IT systems and data
- Experience leading or coordinating projects is an advantage

- At least 1 year of project management experience (an advantage)
JavaScript developer (React, Next.js, Express.js, …)
€1,500 – 2,100 depending on experienceFrontend and backend in the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem — React, Next.js, Express.js and related tools. From the UI to the API and deployment.
What we appreciate
- React and modern JavaScript / TypeScript
- Next.js, Express.js (or a similar Node.js stack)
- Working with APIs, application state and the basics of UX
- Independence as well as teamwork

Hiring process

CV and cover letter
Send your CV to info@datatek.sk with the subject "Careers — [area]". A cover letter is not required, but we appreciate it if you write why you are interested in us in particular.

A short phone call
15–20 minutes. We want to get to know each other — your expectations, our possibilities, basic fit.
- 03
Technical round
60–90 minutes online or in person. Practical questions and case studies relevant to the particular role. No trick puzzles.
- 04
Meeting the team
An informal meeting with your future colleagues. We want you to know what you are getting into — and so do we.
We recruit quickly — we respect both your time and the candidates' time. The whole process usually takes 2–3 weeks, from first contact to the final offer.
Feedback is a given in every round — even when the outcome is not in the candidate's favour. We do not believe in disappearing after an interview.
Student programmes
An internship with us is not about copying papers or preparing presentations. We give you real tasks that make sense — and you have supervision from a technician who does this every day.
