Services
Apps that do exactly what your business needs
Internal portals, workflow systems, customer portals and business tools — designed for your processes, not for the average customer.
When a generic SaaS solution requires you to adapt company processes to the software — something is wrong. The software should serve the company, not the other way around. Custom apps do exactly that: they solve your specific problem, not the problem of a hypothetical average business.
We develop web and desktop applications, internal portals and enterprise systems for medium-sized companies and organizations. From analysis to development and deployment to long-term support — under one roof.
Why it makes sense
Precisely tailored to your processes
No compromises, no 'unfortunately it can't be set'. The application reflects your rules, roles, approval limits and language mutation.
Integration with the existing environment
Connection to ERP, accounting, CRM, MS Active Directory and other systems — without duplicate data entry.
You control your own code
The source code is yours. You are not dependent on a single vendor and license terms that can change.
It grows with you
The modular architecture will allow the addition of new functionalities without redesigning the entire system.
What you get
- Needs analysis and process map (workshop)
- UX design and prototypes (wireframes, clickable demo)
- Backend and database layer development
- Web interface development (responsive)
- Single Sign-On (SSO) via Active Directory / Azure AD
- Roles and Privileges (RBAC)
- Audit logs for regulated environments
- API for integration with other systems
- Testing, deployment, monitoring
- Documentation and training
Ako postupujeme
- 01
Discovery workshop
1-2 day workshop with key users and management. We will map processes, pain points, requirements and priorities.
- 02
Proposal and approval
Functional specification, wireframes and architecture for approval. A solid foundation before starting development eliminates expensive changes later.
- 03
Iterative development
Two-week iterations with regular demonstration of the functional system. Continuous feedback, no surprises on submission.
- 04
UAT and deployment
Acceptance tests with real users, correction of findings and deployment to production. Parallel operation with the original system if necessary.
- 05
Operation and development
SLA support, monitoring and planned development — new modules, integrations and reports according to the company's needs.
When does a customized application make sense
A custom application makes sense when at least one of the following applies:
- Existing SaaS solution forces your team to bypass processes — instead of work, people solve software limitations
- You have specific approval rules, roles or workflow that the generic system cannot set
- You need multi-system integration that doesn't exist as a standard connector
- You process sensitive data and do not want it in a SaaS cloud of a third party outside the EU
- You meet audit or regulatory requirements where you need an audit log and full control over data
We develop as often as possible
Internal corporate portals
Unified environment for document management, approval, attendance, property, HR agenda and communication across departments. Connection to Active Directory for single sign-on.
Customer and partner portals
Clients monitor the status of an order, download an invoice, file a complaint or order a service — without e-mails or phone calls. It reduces the burden on your people.
Approval systems
Orders, invoices, travel orders, contracts — each document goes through a defined workflow with limits, escalation and an audit logo for accounting or auditing purposes.
Reporting and analytical dashboards
Data from several sources (ERP, CRM, e-shop, production) in one report for management. Regular e-mail reports, exports to Excel.
Application security is not optional
The following standards apply to every application we develop:
- Authentication via SSO (Active Directory / Azure AD) or own login with MFA
- Role-level authorization (RBAC) — everyone sees only what they need
- Data encryption during transmission (TLS 1.2+) and during storage for sensitive fields
- Audit logs for user actions — who changed what and when
- OWASP Top 10 as a basis for security code review
FAQ
What if requirements change during development?
Changing requirements is normal. An iterative process and regular demos allow you to react flexibly. Larger scope changes are handled through a change request with an estimate of the impact on time and costs.
Can we deploy the application on our own servers?
Yes. We deploy on-premise, in the private cloud and in Azure/AWS according to your requirements for data location and operational infrastructure.
How long does it take to develop an internal portal?
It depends on the scope. A portal with 5-8 modules (attendance, documents, orders, approval) usually takes 3-6 months from the start of development.
Will we be able to maintain the application ourselves?
We supply source code and technical documentation. The internal IT team can deal with minor changes. For larger developments, we are available as your development partner.
Are you thinking of a custom application?
Write us 3 sentences about the problem you want to solve — we will write back within 24 hours with an estimate of what the solution could look like.
