Rules for the use of www.datatek.sk — content, intellectual property, responsibility and applicable law of the Slovak Republic.
These terms apply to a public website. The provision of IT services is governed by the contract and the General Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions govern the use of the datatek, spol. s r. o. public website (hereinafter "the website"). They do not regulate the provision of IT services — these are governed by the contract and General Terms and Conditions.
By using the website, you confirm that you have read these terms. If you do not agree, do not continue to use the website.

The content of the website (texts, service descriptions, blog, news, case studies) has an informational and marketing nature. It is not legal, tax or binding technical advice. Specifically, the terms of cooperation, prices, SLA and scope of work are determined by a written contract.
