Which companies does datatek, spol. s r. o. help?

Mostly mid-sized companies with 20 to 500 employees that have no IT department of their own or want to add specialists to it. We work for manufacturing, trade and distribution, construction, logistics, service organisations, the public sector and finance. Since 2016 we have completed more than 100 projects for more than 50 clients.

How does datatek, spol. s r. o. protect client information and data?

We run a certified information security management system (ISMS) under ISO/IEC 27001, verified every year by an external audit. In practice this means least-privilege access and multi-factor authentication, regular access reviews, 3-2-1 backups with restore tests, a defined security incident procedure and a secure software development lifecycle.

How are you different from a freelancer, a large IT company or in-house IT?

Compared with a freelancer, we have cover within the team and breadth from networks to development. Compared with a large IT corporation, faster decisions and direct contact with specialists without multi-level escalations. Compared with an in-house IT department, lower fixed costs and immediate access to specialists without recruiting. For the client this means one contact for all of IT. What results can clients expect?

We measure success concretely: system availability, incident response and resolution times, less manual work in processes and user satisfaction. We track SLA metrics and report them monthly. Examples of specific solutions and their benefits are in our case studies.

How do I get started?

Write to info@datatek.sk, call +421 904 701 397 or use the contact form. Within 24 hours we will propose a 30-minute call, online or in person. After the initial consultation we prepare a concrete proposal with scope, cost estimate and timeline.

What support options do you offer?

Contract clients report requests through the support portal, by phone or by e-mail. Standard SLA: critical outage (P1) first response within 15 minutes, high priority (P2) within 1 hour during business hours, P3/P4 the next business day. 24/7 support is agreed individually.

Can we try working together first?

The initial consultation is free and without obligation. Our contracts do not tie you in for years, so you can start with a smaller scope and expand based on experience.

How is pricing structured?

We invoice monthly — either a flat fee for management and support or by time worked (time & material). For projects you receive an offer with a cost estimate and scope before work starts, with no surprises on the invoice.

Which systems can you integrate with?

We connect ERP, CRM, e-shops, warehouse systems and banks via REST APIs, webhooks, EDI and B2B integrations with audit logging and monitoring. We work with Microsoft 365 and Azure as well as AWS. More in our API integrations service.
