Cloud that makes sense for your business
Migration to the cloud, management of Azure and AWS environments, hybrid infrastructure and optimization of cloud costs — no unnecessary services, no costs for nothing.
The cloud is not the same for everyone. For one company it is Microsoft 365 and Azure Backup, for another it is the migration of the entire data center, for the third a hybrid solution where critical data remains on-premise and scalable loads go to the cloud. The right cloud strategy depends on your needs, regulations and existing environment.
We will help you design a cloud strategy, implement migration and manage the cloud environment — including cost optimization, security monitoring and backup. An unmanaged cloud account is expensive and dangerous.
Why it makes sense
Flexibility and scalability
Resources according to the current need — more in season, less out of season. No unnecessary fixed costs for unused hardware.
Availability and redundancy
Cloud providers guarantee high availability of data centers. Geographic redundancy for critical services.
Safety with clear responsibility
Shared responsibility model — the provider will provide the physics, we will provide the configuration, access and data on your end.
Predictable costs
Consumption monitoring, budget alerts, regular optimization — no surprises on the invoice for Azure.
What you get
- Cloud readiness assessment (what is worth migrating)
- Cloud architecture design (Azure, AWS, hybrid)
- Migration of servers and applications (Lift & Shift, refactoring)
- Identity and access settings (Azure AD, IAM)
- Network configuration in the cloud (VNet, VPN, ExpressRoute)
- Backup in the cloud (Azure Backup, S3, immutable storage)
- Monitoring and optimization of costs (Cost Management)
- Security monitoring (Microsoft Defender, AWS Security Hub)
- Cloud environment management (patch management, updates)
- SLA support of the cloud environment
Ako postupujeme
- 01
Cloud readiness assessment
Assessment of existing infrastructure — what is worth migrating, what is better to leave on-premise and what to rewrite before migration.
- 02
Architectural design
Target cloud architecture with monthly cost estimate, security settings and migration plan.
- 03
Migration in waves
Migration not as a big bang, but in waves — from less critical systems to production ones. Each wave is verified before the next.
- 04
Optimization and management
After migration, regular cost optimization, security review and management of the cloud environment.
Cloud myths that cost companies money
Myth 1: Cloud is always cheaper It isn't. The cloud saves when the load is not constant and when it is set correctly. Businesses that migrate without optimization and management pay more than for their own servers.
Myth 2: You don't need to worry about security in the cloud The shared responsibility model says clearly: the provider will provide the physical infrastructure, but configuration, access management, backup and monitoring are your responsibility. Most cloud incidents are caused by misconfiguration on the customer's side.
Myth 3: Migration is easy Migration without preparation can stop production. A proper migration starts with dependency analysis, non-production testing and a controlled process with a rollback plan.
Microsoft Azure: our primary cloud platform
Azure has the deepest integration with the Microsoft ecosystem (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, .NET) — which is a real benefit for most medium-sized companies in Slovakia. Our competences:
- Azure Virtual Machines — migration of existing servers
- Azure Active Directory / Entra ID — cloud identity and SSO
- Azure Backup — backup of both on-premise and cloud resources
- Azure VPN Gateway / ExpressRoute — connection with on-premise infrastructure
- Azure Defender / Microsoft Defender for Cloud — security supervision
Optimization of cloud costs
Azure Cost Management and regular cost reviews reveal:
- Unused VMs — they are running, but no one needs them
- Oversized VM — 8 vCPU for a load that needs 2
- Unnecessary data transfers — egress charges for redundant calls
- Reservations — 1–3 year commitments save 20–40% vs. pay-as-you-go
FAQ
Is the cloud always cheaper than own servers?
Not always. Cloud is cheaper for variable load and when you don't need 24/7 load. For steady, predictable workloads, on-premise can be cheaper. We will help you calculate both variants.
Where will our data be stored?
For Azure and AWS, you can choose EU regions (Azure West Europe / North Europe, AWS Frankfurt). GDPR and EU data sovereignty can be met when set up correctly.
What is a hybrid cloud?
A combination of on-premise servers and cloud infrastructure. Typically: critical data and legacy on-premise systems, scalable workloads, backups and development environments in the cloud.
What if Azure costs rise above plan?
We will set up budget alerts and regular cost reviews. Cloud costs without management can easily escalate — we prevent this with proactive monitoring.
Thinking about the cloud? Start with an audit.
We will assess your infrastructure for free and tell you what and when it makes sense to migrate — without the pressure to make an immediate decision.
