Context
The Employee Evaluation module is part of the internal company portal that we designed, developed and implemented for a client from the area of human resources and internal processes. The portal consolidates dozens of corporate agendas into one environment with unified login, roles and auditable history — and the Employee Evaluation module is a key part of it.
Challenge
Performance evaluations were conducted informally or using unstructured Word documents. Appraisal question templates varied by manager, appraisal history was not centralized, and HR approval was by email.
How we delivered
Structured assessment system with configurable question templates. HR defines the templates, managers fill them in, the system archives and makes available the evaluation history for both HR and the employee. An approval workflow ensures that the assessment is approved at the correct level.
Client benefits
Assessments are consistent, documented and available to both HR and the employee. The history of ratings allows you to track progress and career development. Approval is auditable.
