Context
The Mobile Phones module is part of the internal company portal, which we designed, developed and implemented for a client from the area of property, logistics and operations. The portal consolidates dozens of corporate agendas into one environment with unified login, roles and auditable history — and the Mobile Phones module is a key part of it.
Challenge
SIM cards were recorded in a table, assignment to employees was not up to date, and usage monitoring depended on whether someone downloaded an invoice from the operator. There was no overview of available capacities.
How we delivered
Records of SIM cards and devices linked to employees and tariff programs. Notifications from the operator are imported automatically, usage statistics are clear and capacity management is updated in real time.
Client benefits
The administrator knows in real time which SIM cards are free and which are occupied. Notifications from the operator are automatically imported. The assignment of devices to employees is auditable.
