Context
The Tender module is part of the internal company portal that we designed, developed and deployed for a client from the area of trade, projects and contracts. The portal consolidates dozens of corporate agendas into one environment with unified login, roles and auditable history — and the Tender module is a key part of it.
Challenge
The tender agenda was managed by an external system without connection to the internal project and financial agenda. Integrated records, a link to bank guarantees and an overview of active tenders for management were missing.
How we delivered
The tender module centralizes public procurement records linked to areas, bank guarantees and the project agenda. The connection to the external tender system via API ensures synchronization without duplicate entry.
