Security
We catch problems before you notice them
Continuous monitoring of infrastructure, networks and applications — alerts with defined escalation, not e-mails that no one reads.
A reactive approach in IT security is not enough. By the time you realize a server has been compromised, an attacker can be on your network for weeks. Monitoring is not a superstructure — it is the basic layer of protection.
We set up monitoring so that it generates meaningful alerts — not hundreds of false positive notifications that technicians stop reading after a while. Each alert has a defined owner and resolution procedure.
Infrastructure monitoring
Server availability, CPU/memory/disk usage, backup status, expiring certificates — 24/7 monitoring with escalation.
Network monitoring
Anomalies in operation, unauthorized devices, suspicious DNS queries and lateral movement in the network.
Endpoint protection
EDR solution on workstations and servers — detection and response to threats at the device level.
Logging and SIEM
Centralized logging, event correlation and automated rules for security incident detection.
Vulnerability scanning
Regular (monthly) scanning of infrastructure with prioritization of findings according to CVSS score and availability of exploits.
Patch management
Security patch tracking and application with agreed windows for critical, high and low risk.
What happens when the alarm goes off
Each alert has an assigned priority and playbook:
- P1 (critical) — immediate response, escalation to technician and manager, client is informed within 15 minutes
- P2 (high) — response within 1 hour during working hours, within 2 hours outside
- P3 (medium) — solution by the next working day
- P4 (low) — inclusion in the regular maintenance window
For whom monitoring is the most important
Companies that benefit the most from monitoring have at least one of the following situations:
- critical operation 24/7 (production, e-commerce, hospitals),
- sensitive data (personal data, trade secrets, financial records),
- requirement to demonstrate security maturity (ISO 27001, NIS2, client audit).
