Partnership for hybrid infrastructure
We are strengthening our capacity for Azure, on-premise and hybrid environments — from migration to operations.
Most of our clients have neither "all IT in the cloud" nor "everything on their own server". They have a mix: Microsoft 365 and a few services in Azure, a server on site for ERP, attendance or production systems, and often a backup in another location. Such an environment works well when someone manages it as a whole. When each part is looked after by a different supplier, an outage turns into a search for the culprit instead of a fix.
That is why, at the beginning of the year, we entered into a partnership with a specialised data-centre and cloud provider. Together we can offer clients the entire hybrid stack with one accountable contact.
What changes for clients
One SLA for the whole environment. You do not have to work out whether the problem is "in the cloud", "on the network" or "on the server". You report it through the support portal and we see it through to the end, wherever it started.
Capacity in a Slovak data centre. For systems that cannot or should not go to the public cloud, we have virtualisation capacity and backup storage in a data centre in Slovakia. Data stays in the EU and access to it is documented.
Connection to Azure. We link on-premise servers, the network and Azure through secure VPNs. Identities are managed centrally in Microsoft Entra ID, so employees have a single sign-in and a departing colleague's access is removed in one place.
24/7 monitoring. Servers, network devices, backups and cloud services are all watched in one monitoring system. Alerts have a defined priority and escalation according to our rules.
A typical scenario: step-by-step migration
We do not push "everything to the cloud at any cost". A typical approach for a client with 50 to 150 users looks like this:
- Inventory and design. We map servers, applications and dependencies and propose where each system should run and why.
- Quick wins. E-mail, files and backups move first, because they bring the biggest savings with the lowest risk.
- Gradual migration. Applications move one at a time, with testing and a rollback plan. Critical systems are migrated outside working hours.
- Cost optimisation. After three months of operation we review actual usage and adjust cloud resources so you do not pay for unused capacity.
Why we do it
The outages we deal with most often do not start in the technology but at the boundary between suppliers. The partnership lets us keep the whole chain under control and take responsibility for the result ourselves — not "someone else".
