API integrations that eliminate manual rewriting
We will connect your systems so that data flows automatically, in a controlled and secure manner — without the error rate of manual entry and without dependence on one person.
An average company with a hundred employees uses dozens of different software tools. When there are no automated links between them, there is an endless carousel of exports, imports and manual checks. Every transcription is a chance for error. Every mistake costs customers time and trust.
We design and implement integrations that connect systems reliably — with error handling, monitoring, logging and documentation. Not just a first launch, but a solution that works a year from now.
Why it makes sense
Zero data rewriting
Order, invoicing, warehouse, CRM — information is automatically synchronized in real time or in batches as needed.
Fewer errors, fewer complaints
Manual rewriting brings errors. Automatic synchronization brings consistent data across systems.
Faster processes
An order registered in the e-shop is immediately visible in the warehouse and ERP — without waiting for manual import.
Visibility and surveillance
Integration monitoring, audit log of transferred data and alerts in case of failure — you know immediately if something is not working.
What you get
- Analysis of existing systems and data flows
- Integration architecture design (direct, message broker, event-driven)
- Development of integration connectors and adapters
- REST, SOAP, GraphQL, EDI, flat-file integration
- Error handling and retry mechanisms
- Monitoring and alerting for each integration
- Audit log of transferred data
- Documentation of API contracts
- Testing and deployment
- SLA support for the production environment
Ako postupujeme
- 01
Data flow mapping
We identify which data flows where, in what format, with what frequency and with what business rules (transformations, validations).
- 02
Choice of integration pattern
Direct API call, webhooks, message broker or file transfer — each model has its tradeoffs and we choose the right one.
- 03
Development and tests
Implementation of connectors with treatment of error states, retry logic and logging. End-to-end tests with both test and production data.
- 04
Deployment and monitoring
Deployment into production with monitoring of each integration job. Email / Slack / Teams alerts on failure.
Why integrations fail
An integration programmed quickly and cheaply will fail on day one when the API on the other end changes the response format or returns an unexpected status. Without error handling, logging and monitoring, the problem appears only when the customer calls to say that they did not receive the order — not when it happens.
We integrate with an emphasis on robustness:
- Retry logic — temporary outage of the other side will not lose data
- Dead-letter queue — messages that could not be delivered are stored and manually processed
- Audit log — each transferred entity is recorded with timestamp and status
- Monitoring — each integration job has metrics and an alert in case of failure or when thresholds are exceeded
The most frequent integrations we deal with
E-shop ↔ ERP / warehouse
Orders from the e-shop automatically in ERP. Stocks in real time in the e-shop. Invoices generated automatically. Tracking numbers back to the e-shop.
ERP ↔ bank integration
Import of bank statements, automatic matching of payments with receivables, generation of payment orders (SEPA XML). End of manual matching in the e-banking portal.
CRM ↔ marketing tools
Contacts, segmentation and history of business activities synchronized with email campaigns and web analytics.
Internal portal ↔ HR/payroll system
Attendance, leave requests and approved rewards automatically exported to the payroll system — no manual transcription.
EDI and B2B integration
Electronic exchange of business documents (orders, delivery notes, invoices) between partners in standardized formats (EDIFACT, XML, JSON).
Integration as a long-term service
Systems change. APIs are versioned. Business rules are evolving. Integration is not a one-time project — it is a living part of the IT environment. We offer an SLA contract for monitoring and managing integrations, so you can be sure that they are still working a year from now without your intervention.
FAQ
Can you connect to a system that doesn't have a public API?
Yes. In addition to API integration, we can implement database connections, file exports/imports (CSV, XML, XLSX, EDIFACT) or screen scraping as an extreme solution.
What if the supplier changes the API?
We treat this scenario in the contract. We monitor API versions and document changes. Adaptation to a new API version is standard maintenance.
Can we expand the integration later?
We design modularly. A new entity or additional system can be added without redesigning existing integrations.
How long does it take to integrate two systems?
Simple two-way integration (e.g. e-shop ↔ ERP for orders) takes 2-4 weeks including testing. More complex multi-system integrations 2-3 months.
