Let robots do repetitive work
Automation of business processes — from simple scripts and Power Automate flows to complex RPA and integration solutions. Your team will focus on work, not Excel.
How many hours per month do you spend entering data, copying between systems, generating reports or sending notifications? Each of these activities is a candidate for automation. Not to lay off, but to free your team from non-value added work.
We automate processes across the entire company — from e-mail notifications and approval workflows to data import between systems, document generation and monitoring reports. Every automation is documented, tested and monitored.
Why it makes sense
End of manual rewriting
Data flows between systems automatically — without exports to Excel, manual imports and compliance checks.
Faster approval
Orders, invoices, requests — automatic routing to the right approver with reminders and escalation.
Fewer errors
Automated processes do not cause fatigue, they do not make mistakes and do not forget to send a notification. Consistent results every time.
Scalability without hiring
Volume doubled? An automated process can handle twice as much at no additional cost.

Ako postupujeme
- 01
Process mapping
We will map processes, identify repetitive activities and evaluate the ROI of automation. Not everything is worth automating — we'll help prioritize.
- 02
Automation design
Functional design for each automated process — inputs, outputs, conditions, error handling and monitoring.
- 03
Implementation and testing
Development of automation, tests with real data and verification of correctness of outputs. Pilot operation before full deployment.
- 04
Deployment and support
Production deployment, monitoring and support. Automation will be adjusted if the business process changes.
Where automation brings the fastest result
Not all processes are equally suitable for automation. The highest ROIs usually come from:
Processing of documents
Received invoices, orders and delivery notes in various formats (PDF, XML, CSV, e-mail). Automatic data extraction (including AI OCR), validation and import into the system. Manual work reduced to exceptions and corrections.
Approval processes
The order arrives, the system automatically determines who must approve it according to the value and category, sends a notification, monitors the time and escalates if the approval is delayed. No one has to coordinate manually — everything works according to the rules.
Reports and dashboards
A monthly report that someone compiles by hand from 5 sources every first Friday. Automation will generate, send and save it — without forgetting, without error, without weekend work.
Onboarding / offboarding
A new employee joins — set up email, access to applications, assign licenses, set up a laptop. Logout — disable all accesses at once. Automation will ensure that no access remains active after the contract is terminated.
Power Automate for businesses with Microsoft 365
Businesses with Microsoft 365 have Power Automate available as a license. We will set flows for:
- Approving documents in SharePoint
- Notifications for changes in Teams channels
- Synchronization of contacts between M365 and CRM
- Automatic generation of documents from templates
No need for development, no unnecessary costs — you use what you already pay for.
FAQ
What is RPA and when does it make sense?
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a software robot that controls the UI of applications just like a human user — clicks, copies, fills out forms. It makes sense when the application does not have an API and it is not possible to change it.
Will automation make someone redundant?
How do you know what's worth automating?
ROI analysis: we estimate the time saved by automation × labor costs × monthly frequency. If the cost of automation is recovered within 12 months, we usually recommend implementation.
What if the business process changes?
Documented processes can be modified. The price of the change depends on the scope — minor changes are mostly included in the SLA, larger changes are handled as a service request.
What process costs you the most time today?
Describe it to us — we'll estimate whether automation is worthwhile and what it might look like. Free consultation.
