Every company device under control
Inventory, patch management, disk encryption, MDM and incident resolution on end devices — from laptops to mobile phones.
A business laptop without updates, without disk encryption and without management is an open door for an attacker. A lost device with an unencrypted drive can cost millions in GDPR fines and loss of client trust. Device management is not admin overhead — it's a security necessity.
We manage corporate devices centrally — from purchase, configuration and deployment to day-to-day management, updates, encryption and secure disposal. Each device is in inventory, each is configured according to the company's security policy.
Why it makes sense
Encrypted drives = less risk of loss
BitLocker (Windows) and FileVault (macOS) encrypt the entire drive. A lost laptop without a password will not reveal even a single company document.
Current software on each device
Centralized distribution of updates and applications — without the need to physically visit each device. Compliance overview in real time.
Remote wipe for lost devices
Device lost or stolen? We delete company data remotely without the need for physical access.
Standard configuration = fewer problems
Every new employee gets a laptop configured to the same template — the right settings, the right apps, the right security policies.
What you get
- Equipment inventory (hardware, software, licenses)
- MDM / UEM (Microsoft Intune, Jamf, ManageEngine)
- Configuration profiles and security policies
- Disk encryption (BitLocker, FileVault)
- Centralized distribution of software and updates
- Remote monitoring and troubleshooting
- Remote wipe for lost devices
- Device onboarding (enrollment, configuration, handover)
- Offboarding of equipment (backup, wipe, liquidation)
- Endpoint protection (antivirus, EDR)
Ako postupujeme
- 01
Audit of existing facilities
Inventory of all devices, OS versions, software and security status (encryption, updates, antivirus).
- 02
MDM platform setup
Deployment of the MDM solution, enrollment of devices, definition of configuration profiles and security policies.
- 03
Remediation
Encrypting unencrypted disks, updating outdated software, deploying the missing antivirus.
- 04
Regular message
Monitoring device compliance, distribution of updates, onboarding/offboarding and helpdesk support for devices.
Why devices are the weakest link in security
Attackers today prefer the endpoint as an entry point — a phishing email opened on a laptop, malware installed from an unofficial source, a USB device plugged in without inspection. An unmanaged device is an unprotected device.
The stats that speak for themselves:
- 80% of cyber incidents start at the endpoint
- 60% of companies do not have encrypted disks on all devices
- Average damage from a GDPR incident caused by a lost unencrypted device: tens of thousands of EUR
Microsoft Intune: device management integrated with Microsoft 365
For businesses using Microsoft 365, Intune is a natural choice — it's part of many licensing plans and integrates with Azure AD, Defender, and Conditional Access.
What Intune enables:
- Enrollment of devices (Windows Autopilot for hands-free deployment)
- Enforcement of security policies (encryption, PIN, updates)
- Application distribution
- Conditional Access — an unmanaged device will not connect to corporate resources
- Remote wipe and remote lock
Safe disposal of devices
A discarded device with an unlubricated disk is a security risk. We supply a certified wipe according to NIST 800-88 with a record for a possible audit. For devices with sensitive data, we recommend physical destruction of the disks.
FAQ
Do you also work with Mac devices?
Yes. We manage Windows (Intune), macOS (Jamf, Intune) and mobile devices (iOS, Android via Intune or Jamf).
Do we need MDM if we only have 20 devices?
Yes. Even with 20 devices, disk encryption, centralized password management and remote wipe make sense. The cost of MDM is low, the potential damage from a GDPR incident is high.
What happens to the equipment when the employee leaves?
The device goes through standardized offboarding: data backup, factory reset (NIST 800-88 wipe for sensitive environments), record in inventory. The device is ready for the next user.
Do you also handle the purchase of equipment?
We advise on the selection of devices according to the user's role and requirements, coordinate the purchase and take the device directly into the management upon delivery.
When was the last time you did an equipment inventory?
Most companies do not have an up-to-date list of devices. We'll help fix it — contact us.
