Services
Servers that run — even when you're not thinking about them
Management of physical and virtual infrastructure, regular updates, 24/7 monitoring and quick response to incidents — SLA guarantees, not just good intentions.
Servers are the foundation of any business that depends on IT. When they fall, orders stop, customers can't pay, and employees wait. Prevention is cheaper than recovery — and prevention starts with proper monitoring and proactive maintenance.
We manage physical servers, virtual environments (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V) and Windows/Linux servers for medium-sized companies and organizations. Backup, patch management, performance and availability monitoring — under one contract.
Why it makes sense
Proactive maintenance, less downtime
Planned updates, capacity monitoring and preventive replacement of components prevent outages — not just react to them.
SLA with defined response times
Critical incident — first response within 15 minutes. Each priority has a clearly defined response and resolution time, not just goodwill.
Backup with regular recovery test
The deposit is not enough. We test recovery quarterly — with RPO and RTO measurements. You know how long it will take to restore the system.
Safe environment
Server hardening, regular security patches, minimal access, encrypted backup storage — the basis of ISO 27001 ISMS.

Ako postupujeme
- 01
Infrastructure audit
Inventory of servers, software, versions, backup shelves and security status. Output: current status and list of risks.
- 02
Monitoring and backup settings
Installation of monitoring agents, setting of alerts and verification of backup jobs. Baseline for trend tracking.
- 03
Solution of findings
A prioritized plan to address identified flaws — security patches, outdated software, uncovered backups.
- 04
Regular report
Monthly reports, scheduled update windows, capacity planning and quarterly backup tests.
Virtualization: more from existing hardware
Physical servers are expensive and fixed. Virtualization makes it possible to run dozens of virtual servers on one physical device, better use capacity and dramatically speed up the deployment of new environments.
We work with:
- VMware vSphere / ESXi — industry standard for enterprise environments
- Microsoft Hyper-V — native integration with the Windows ecosystem, licensing favorable for Microsoft environments
- Proxmox VE — an open-source alternative for smaller environments with lower license costs
The migration of physical servers to a virtual environment (P2V) is for many companies the first step towards a more modern infrastructure — and at the same time a significant simplification of backup.
Patch management: not just a click of a button
Server updates are not a trivial matter. A bad patch can cause an outage. Therefore:
- We test patches in a test environment before applying to production
- Agreed Windows for patching (usually night hours or weekends)
- Rollback plan for critical systems — if a patch breaks something, we roll back
- Prioritization — security patches (CVSS ≥ 7) within 48 hours, others in a regular window
Capacity planning: predict before you buy
Servers that are permanently at 90% disk utilization are a ticking time bomb. Monitoring performance and capacity trends allows us to warn 2-3 months in advance when expansion will be needed — not address a crisis at the wrong time.
FAQ
Can you take over servers that are currently managed by another vendor?
Yes. Auditing the existing infrastructure, documenting the status and smooth takeover is a standard process. We also coordinate the handover with the original supplier.
Do you also manage servers outside Bratislava?
We do most of the management remotely. For physical interventions (hardware replacement, installation), we coordinate an on-site visit — time depends on location and priority.
What if the server goes down outside of business hours?
Monitoring runs 24/7. Critical incidents (P1) escalate immediately. Response time and out-of-hours availability is part of the SLA.
Do you also deal with cloud backup?
Yes. Azure Backup, AWS S3, Backblaze B2 or backup to your own off-site device — according to your data location requirements.
When was the last time you tested a backup?
If you don't know, it's time for an audit. Arrange a free consultation — we will map the state of the infrastructure and suggest steps.
