2025 in projects
An overview of the projects we worked on — from internal portals and document automation to infrastructure management.
At the start of the year we looked back at what we delivered over the past twelve months. We do not name clients without their consent, but we can share the types of projects and their results. They show what companies most often come to us with.
Internal portals instead of spreadsheets and e-mail
We spent most of the year on internal employee portals. A typical client had holiday approvals in e-mail, business trips in Excel and policies on a shared drive where nobody knew which version was valid.
For a mid-sized manufacturing company we deployed a portal with modules for attendance and absences, a vehicle logbook, asset records and documents. Approvals that used to take days now take hours, and HR gets payroll inputs from one place.
Invoicing and payments without retyping
For a distribution company we connected incoming invoices, payment approval and the accounting system. Invoices are registered automatically, approved according to limits, and a prepared payment order goes to the bank. By its own estimate, the accounting department saved roughly two days of work per month.
Service and support
At a service organisation we deployed a ServiceDesk with priorities, SLAs and resolution history. We use the same system ourselves to support our clients.
Infrastructure and security
Alongside development, we continued managing IT for clients with 20 to 200 users. The most common projects included:
- moving e-mail and files to Microsoft 365 and introducing multi-factor authentication for all users,
- renewing networks and Wi-Fi in offices and warehouses,
- automated backups with regular restore tests,
- preparing clients for NIS2 requirements.
Technology partners
Our projects build on proven platforms: Microsoft 365 and Azure for identity, collaboration and cloud, AWS for selected applications and backups, and network solutions from Cisco, Fortinet and Ubiquiti depending on the client's size and needs. We are not tied to a single vendor, so we choose what makes sense for you, not what pays a commission.
What we plan for 2026
- extending our services with practical AI tools for document processing and reporting,
- hybrid infrastructure with capacity in a Slovak data centre,
- further portal modules based on requests from existing clients.
Specific solutions with feature descriptions are in our case studies. If you are dealing with a similar problem, get in touch — we will gladly show you an example from practice.
